چکیده
A major issue in agriculture is the protection of crops against diseases and pests. Plant breeding has been primarily responsible for growth disease-resistant cultivars. The use gene editing techniques plant essential obtaining desired features. Clustered Regular Interspaced Palindromic Repeats (CRISPER)/Cas9 (CRISPR-related protein) a new advancement technology. It can be utilised defence mechanisms pathogen attack by recognising bacterial immune system destroying invasive genes. Advances through CRISPR/Cas9 integration have helped develop cultivars including hereditary resistance to viral diseases. Future crop generations acquire CRISPR/Cas9-mediated transgene if Cas9/sgRNA isolated F1 generation. separation makes safe breeding. Although proven wonderful tool revolutionize various disease resistant varieties, its effect on many physiological processes remains thoroughly investigated.

Enhancing service organizations resilience through systems thinking
This paper explores the relationship of applying systems thinking for service delivery design with enhancing organizational resilience. Two case studies were conducted in two British service organizations. Results show that systems thinking operationalized twodimensional determinants for improving organizational resilience; organically structured organization, and highly affectively committed e...
متن کاملEnhancing crop resilience to combined abiotic and biotic stress through the dissection of physiological and molecular crosstalk
Plants growing in their natural habitats are often challenged simultaneously by multiple stress factors, both abiotic and biotic. Research has so far been limited to responses to individual stresses, and understanding of adaptation to combinatorial stress is limited, but indicative of non-additive interactions. Omics data analysis and functional characterization of individual genes has revealed...
متن کاملEnhancing the Resilience of Networked Agents through Risk Sharing
Since social-economic systems increase interdependency, a crucial question arises: Is an interconnected world a safer or a more dangerous place in which to live? Over the last few years, we have witnessed the dark side of increasing interdependencies. As such, there is a growing need to focus on how to mitigate networked risk and to enhance the system resilience to the impact of a large-scale s...
متن کاملDevelopment of Transgenic Insect Resistant Indian Cultivars of Chickpea
Lepidopteran types of podborer and homopteran aphid insects are damaging pests of chickpea. CryIAc toxins are established control agents for podborers but do not or only slightly affect homopteran (sucking) insects. However, certain plant lectins are known for their power of killing aphids. Bioassay experiments carried out in our laboratory with lectins isolated from garlic leaves have already ...
متن کاملFrom research to action: enhancing crop yield through wild pollinators
© The Ecological Society of America www.frontiersinecology.org F covers more than 35% of Earth’s ice-free terrestrial area, and agriculture is expanding and intensifying in many regions to meet the growing demands of human populations (FAO 2013). This trend threatens biodiversity and the ecosystem services on which agriculture depends, including crop pollination (Garibaldi et al. 2011a). Indeed...
